We do have to charge for the following:

(Applicable to Tenancy’s entered into after 1st June 2019) 

The holding deposit is capped at no more than one weeks rent of your room or studio.

Please note that your holding deposit capped at one weeks rent will be non-refundable and I will receive a confirmation that is hasn’t been refunded within seven days of the decision, should I: 

1.provide false or misleading information

2.fail right to rent checks

3.withdraw from the booking/agreement 

4.fail to take reasonable steps to enter into the agreement and or fail to respond to  reasonable information requests within seven days. 

£15p/h plus the cost of the key. Should a locksmith or new lock be required the actual costs incurred will be payable by you. (Within Office Hours only Mon-Fri 10am-4.30pm)

£50 Changes to Tenancy Agreement

Early Termination & Remarketing Fee, you will be required to continue paying your rent and any utility bills until a new tenant is found or your tenancy ends whichever is soonest. You may also be asked to cover the costs of re-letting.

Late payment fee charged at 3.75% interest

£50.00 per hour Professional Cleaning (if required to restore the property as per the Inventory & Schedule of Condition)

£25 fee per letter or email for notification of any tenancy breaches

£50 per visit per property concerning any tenancy breaches
