1. What is the initial process for Room Rental Specialists Ltd managing my property?

After completing the enquiry form, our team will contact you to arrange a no obligation appointment to meet you and discuss your individual requirements.

2. What about extra wear on the house?

As the property is let on a room-by-room basis, it will incur more wear and tear. The good news is we ensure the property is professionally cleaned on a weekly basis. We also promise to return your property in the same condition if not better.

3. What about arranging a gas safety check?

This will be done for you free of charge annually. You will simply receive a copy of the certificate via email or post, whichever is your preference.

4. Can I inspect my property?

Of course, we complete regular inspections on your property, which you are welcome to attend, or if you want a hands off service, we will send you the inspection report. We are happy to accommodate your inspection requests.

5. I don’t want to deal with a number of different tenants.

Essentially Room Rental Specialists becomes your tenant so you have one dedicated point of contact within the team regarding your property.
